I'm trying to find the minimum values for all possible mods/inherents, for both blue and purple weapons. Some are very obvious, but others (such as +health (unconditional) on shields), are harder to find or not very well known.
If you would like to submit a new minimum value that you've seen in Pre-searing, simply reply to this thread. Screenshots would be appreciated for values that we're more unsure of, such as health inherents on shields. Even if you find a value that you don't think is the lowest possible, I would appreciate knowing about it as long as it's lower than the value listed on this thread.
