As I posted in legacy, I realize now that automatically upgrading Charr bags to 15 slots (as I was suggesting before the update) would make the rune of holding unnecessary, people would just move their bags from pre to post (to avoid paying the zcoins). Back then I was hoping the rune of holding would be much much cheaper.
However, I think that some sort of similar update would be greatly appreciated by permanent pre players, where storage space is even more important. Either some insanely expensive rune (as in post) or a new type of bag dropped from the bosses.
The greatest impact (so far) for Pre players will be the ability to resize the inventory window.
And the rarity borders (as seen in the Belt Pouch part)
Ofcourse I do hope that there will be some way to get the bag extensions in Pre as well. Possible implementation methods would be:
Let the Gift Voucher NPC exchange a bday voucher for a rune
Give Yakkington more responsibilities and let him accept 250 flowers for a rune
Complete all 9 Vanguard quests in a row and let Langmar reward you with a rune
Those are just 3 possible ways they could implement the runes in pre. I can think up of some more but if they're planning on doing it, I think those would be most likely since those require not that many changes.
Lets all just keep our fingers crossed that we won't be forgotten ^^
Important side note. Atleast for the Europeans. Could be exchange/taxes changes but besides the ingame Inventory changes Anet also changed the GW Store prices. Can anyone verify other currencies as well?

i don't think they will make a new drop cause it will affect the rune of holding in post, people will farm them pre and save the money, i feel they should just have a trader in pre specifically for the rune of holding and have the trader only accept xx amount of black dye
