So I see that two people are trading 10e for 1 pre black dye. Is this a new phenomenon by some who really need pre funds in the short term (perhaps to buy something)?
If 1e = 10k in post, and 1 bd = 15k in pre, a 10e: 1bd ratio means 100k post for 15k pre. So that 10:1 ratio on ectos equates to 6.67:1 ratio on gold. This seems so much higher than the 3:1 historic ratios (and even some recent offers) or more common 4:1 ratio that I see these days.

Yes, I know what is going on here.
One of them wants to transfer a HUGE load of Ecto into Pre and has no concern for higher ratios. This is simply to beat the market.
Then the second person wanted to transfer in the short term, But had to compete with the first persons ratio in order to get their foot in the door on the market.
Ratios should still be 5:1-8:1
