I don't see any info on staff inherent hsr. whats the max ? Is that true that the offhand's are the only ones that can get 18% hsr for 18/18 aka 20/20's ? Wands can have 18/18, too

The max hsr for staves is generally said to be 15%, however there have been at least 2 documented drops of staves with 16% hsr. The 16% is so insanely rare that you could never realistically expect to get one as a drop in years of charr farming.

Can we Talk about the +58(Hex) shield Mod? Sure, that there ist nö other max in pre? What the highest U found? I have no higher than +53hex. Ty Just found a +54^hex. So 53 is definitely not max.

Note: Warriors lose 20 armor to all elemental damage and Rangers gain 30 armor to elemental damage.
Notes about the Rinblade: This is an excellent weapon, especially for warrior primary or secondary. It's inherent mod(inscription) is +5 armor vs Charr which means that you can add a defensive mod (+5 armor) to it and get +10 while Charr hunting. Use the Bandit Raid quest reward shield and you get 24 extra base armor. If you are a warrior primary or secondary you can use a formal Charr Shield for 18+ armor and have 28-31 extra base armor.
These two are partially incorrect. Technically one would assume they two work like that - but they don´t. You might consider it a bug:
Charr Rangers do not have +30 against elemental damage unlike other rangers throughout the game. (can be read on wiki or tested via a crit)
The Rinblade +5ar vsCharr doesn´t work ( wiki). Not at all. Also the mods would fall in the category "Bonus armor" and not base armor - only the 4ar of the shield (Bandit Raid case) would belong there ( wiki).
Considering the while Hex mod on shields I have never seen a 58 or anything close, I´d love to find any kind of proof.
Also there has once been one 10-17 staff. On my old comp I had a screen, but the comp crashed many years ago... Does anyone else remember that one?

I've either seen a screenshot, am remembering something you wrote about in one of your drop research threads, or have been told about it elsewhere.
Also, thanks for the reminder about those buggy items (as well as the other armor anomalies) - I recall reading about them but had forgotten that this guide was a bit out-of-date. I'll do some updating.

I think it's best to keep vanguard items off this list, due to rarity, they were kind of an Anomaly that only lasted a few hours.

Thanks goes to acwhammy for pointing out the absence in the weapon skins list of the Battle Axe (double bladed), Kyhlo Axe, and Water Staff (Tyrian)! I've added those 3 in.
