My schedule is extremely erratic so I'm usually on only long enough to do one or two Charr runs at a time. My primary character is Leper Moon: a Ranger / Monk permanently at level 19. There we are - one happy bunch. PM me if you need anything. Cheers!, Tim P.S. - To Lady Lyn; thank you for your kind welcome and you're totally correct. Ironically this... ...was my first choice for an avatar. I guess I felt it might make me appear aloof or something. (I'm way too over-analytical. Guess you should know that up front.)

Thank you for the welcome. I've been a mega-introvert my whole life so being seen as aloof is probably the thing I'm most paranoid about in public settings. The irony is, I can actually be pretty chatty & kinda funny (despite my dry humor). I suppose I shouldn't "worry"... but I do. Thanks again for the welcome, -the Timtrovert

Haha Timtrovert that's cute no worries Tim I'm a mega-introvert too. Speaking of Snoopy people used to call me Joe Cool because my name irl is Joe. And we have another thing in common we both like level 19 characters! That imp is nice to have around huh. My ign is Cancer Snake level 19 Necromancer / Elementalist

Those extra attribute points can never outclass a level 19 tank-of-destruction Fire Imp. (The trick was getting my Wolf to 20 while keeping my Ranger at 19.)It's funny to see my introversion at work in GW. Rangers give me the most distance from the crowds and the best chance of divvying throngs into smaller, more manageable groups. Though, I also love Minion Mastering... not sure how Freud would suss that with introversion, but oh well. You know, I'd pay real-world money for an EL Snoopy tonic especially if it would tonic my pet into Woodstock. (Man am I weird. lol)
I'll add Cancer Snake to my friend list. Hit me up if you ever wanna Charr run!

I wish I could super like your post haha. Yeah huh the imp adds a lot of firepower and tanking power that disappears unfortunately at level 20. Wow getting your wolf to 20 and staying 19. I used to have other level 19s death leveled my wolf to 20 and dire. But sounds like you did it the other way how did you pull it off? Great introversion analogy btw as far as rangers and the distance. I guess with minion mastering in the same way the minion master finds their power in minions from corpses and gains energy from it (soul reaping) the introvert finds their power in inward meaning (as opposed to outward rewards like extroverts) and gains energy from it. Probably more my take than Freud's. Omg a Snoopy tonic with Woodstock would be brilliant! For sure added you too

Yay - my like button is working now! The first day the "like" button would only take me to the top of the page. (Sorry, bit of an aside.)I death-levelled my pet by going outside Ashford Abbey and killing everything except a wolf. Then I got that wolf to chase me to the inside corner of the rez shrine. (You really want the corner so the wolf gets stuck there and doesn't wander off while you're rezzing.) There's the sweet spot. I stripped my Ranger and let the wolf kill her over and over until it levelled to 20 - then I charmed it. Took a really long time. There used to be Vampiric weapons in Pre that would drain your health while they were equipped. What I would've given for one of those. I did think about introversion and MMs. I like your angle and agree: the inner-meaning is so much more energizing. (Introverts are generally creative and "creating" minions is such a literal expression.) I wonder if introverts prefer working behind the scenes and - technically - that's what a Minion Master does: organizes the Minions and sends them where all the chaos is while the MM hangs back and pulls strings from a distance. Psychoanalyzing an MMORPG... I suppose I've done stranger things.

That's where I DL'd my wolf to Dire 20 before DLing myself. I was L16 at the time and VG wasn't even a gleam in ANet's eyes. I didn't want to share my xp with the wolf when I DL'd, because I remember a few people telling me that it would take twice as long with a pet. So I got my wolf and leveled it first, then went on to my character. It was nice adding my pet back after I got LDoA, both of us L20

Nice you guys! Yeah that's the way. Speaking of vampiric weapons I used to have a vampiric recurve bow on my old ranger. Got rid of it though

It was nice adding my pet back after I got LDoA, both of us L20 Do you miss the imp? or did you not get the bonus items? I think I'd still do fine ging imp-less; maybe play a little more cautiously - but wow does that fella come in handy. Nice you guys! Yeah that's the way. Speaking of vampiric weapons I used to have a vampiric recurve bow on my old ranger. Got rid of it though How did you get it? Drop or purchase? If purchase, what did it cost you? I mean I couldn't even FIND a person that had one let alone selling. You're the first I've heard of. I'm not interested in finding one anymore, but it is cool to know they really were in the game.

I bought it from someone about a year ago with real money forgot how much lol. Back when I still had my old level 19s. It was gold and max damage but still inferior to the bonus bows. Yeah more of a novelty item. If it was a vampiric flatbow it would've been amazing!
