Just heard this for the first time the other day: Franz Ferdinand Always AscendingOnce the beat finally got started, the song took me directly to the mid 1970s. That chikka-chikka guitar, the beat, the synth line. Oh yeah. All it needs is a string section and a horn section to totally achieve that classic Disco sound. The video is oddly relaxing, almost hypnotic, I can't figure out why. And do I detect a Portal 2 reference?
